As part of the Transcorp Group’s expansion programme, Transcorp Hotels Plc. Have embarked on the development of a 5-star hotel in the exclusive GRA neighbourhood of the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

FAO Consulting was appointed by Transcorp Hotels Plc. To prepare a Traffic Impact Assessment as part of the project approval process for the hotel development.  Our tasks also included the redesign of access to the proposed site and the design of the car park management system.
