Traffic engineering is a branch of civil engineering that uses engineering techniques to achieve the safe and efficient movement of people and goods.  The objectives of traffic engineering include, safety, speed, comfort, convenience, economy and environmental capability which are self-evident desires of the traveler.  How we get from place to place has become more important than ever.  Public Transportation (also known as Mass Transit) is a system of large-scale public transportation primarily moving many people at the same time in an urban or sub-urban area, typically comprising bus, rail, ferry and other forms such as cable car. Public transportation benefits our economy, our environment, our quality of life. 

Traffic Engineering

At FAO Consulting (FAOCON), we specialize in the design of safe and efficient roads and highways.
